I suggest the same as loads of other post, you need to have your PC on till sync. Stopping and starting the PC can delay further (picking up peers). If you are under 2 years to go, and it appears to stall, you can restart the program.

This is only an issue during initial sync, which will take a lot shorter than that in the next version.

If you can’t override the transaction fee, can you tell the size of the transaction?
The tranaction fees increase, if a transaction becomes very large, for example if many inputs are used to create the transaction.

Well, the last block hash you mention in your debug log was mined 2016-09-22 11:44:18, so it’s just a bit more than one year to go ;)

Simply be patient and stop/start your wallet from time to time.

Ah thx you guys, I earlier replaced my wallet.dat file but it gave me some errors bit I replaced it again and now it shows up. thanks a lot :)

I’m rocking OSX High Sierra and my wallet been syncing little over a week granted, I’m not syncing 24/7 but trying to do as much as I can do late afternoon to evening.

I’m not 2 Weeks behind, :) so the light is nearly with me haha. All I can say mate is look at the block number, and you will notice the numbers changing :)

@wellenreiter well… i mean sure :) . there was a time for well over a year that i wondered if my odds were very good at all of ever seeing a sale.

A more conservative version would work for stocks. where you just try to get a doubling so you can use house money as it were. or an even ~more~ conservative version would be selling 75% the first uptick that breaks you even. so it only needs to go up a 1/3. i figured either crypto currency was gonna stay (and climb forever) or the money was gone. feathercoin has pretty much been my favorite since i learned about how it split off (and why) from lite coin… and how developer/community driven it was. i said… this is what you need for long term stability and the abbility to adapt. here we are! so tooo the moon! wait no. that’s doge coin. (which i honestly cant believe dogecoin is still around ;) )

Either as part of the importprivkey command, when importing the privkey, or start the program form a command line and add the ‘-rescan’ at the end
