No. The wallet password you chose is on that wallet.dat file. It has nothing to do with the client version.

Im already running but where can I see my stats. Im not sure how to configure get-me-coins, so i dropped the phone app. when i add my worker pay address in the search I dont show up. I tried the GUI and it was super unstable. Any help folks. I want to see that im mining something and sharing in the pool. Im used to mining ETH and see my shares. Thanks.

Thank you! I think that explains it. If I wasn’t getting above the minimum payment I wasn’t getting anything, even if it looked to me like I was getting shares. (I was getting stratum off 1000+, so I had used the -f function to try to reduce the difficulty) I guess I could go back and check the difficulty of the blocks that I was getting payments on and see that they were the easy ones.

Was the .01 (or whatever, but I believe the .01 because all the payments I’ve gotten with Mining Pool Hub have been less than that) set back before the current run-up in difficulty? It might be a thing to reduce the threshold a touch now that the difficulty is consistently above what it used to be. Would it be possible to make it automatically scale with the difficulty?

For the mass market I think creating a wallet is at least for any Android based phones and talblets a st of 2 - 3 clicks, as we have an wallet app available. It’s named ‘feathercoin-wallet-2’.

IOS still is a problem.

So, if people want to use the coins you sent just like Paypal points, the infrastructure is there for a lot of people already.
If you expect people also trying to withdraw coins/exchange to FIAT, it requires a bit more action form the users, as you need to follow a process to finally get the FIAT and this process is also dependent a bit on the country the user lives.

From what i see you are quite high on the gpu clock, perhaps your memclock needs tweaking?
Also, i would suggest you do not push the gpu too much with overclocking (burned a 6990 after 12months of mining this way).

Unfortunately this is not possible, as p2pool does not use miner accounts to collect payouts. Whenever a block is found by the pool all miners participating get their share of the coins based on the hashes they contributed to find the block.
