Hey Wellenreiter, yup, we’re on there, check the drop down list :)

If you are in the UK, yes.

When I select ‘EU’, there is no FTC shown…

Originally we needed someone in Europe to sell FTC which by the sounds of it we do not yet, from what you’re saying Wellenreiter Doge, Quark, Bit and Litecoin do, the same stands for purchase with credit cards too, so yes although Bitty has opened his services to Europe by credit card I do not think you can purchase FTC yet.

                We’re looking into it. :)

Sorry, the card needs to be enrolled in the 3D Secure scheme, which I believe is just for European cards.

Bittylicious has become irrelevant to Feathercoin the moment they included a number of copycat coins in there. At the moment, they do not sell the idea of Feathercoin being special, which it is, but the idea of it being equal to a myriad of crapcoins.

Thanks for that, panoramix. So the fact that there are other coins on there means somehow that Bittylicious has no more relevance to Feathercoin? I fail to understand your reasoning.

I’m glad that the rest of the community knows that forming good relationships, like the relationship between Feathercoin and Bittylicious, is a good thing and key to growing a prosperous coin like Feathercoin.

Its a market supply and demand I think the fact FTC is on bittylicious is fantastic both for the sellers , the buyers and the coin as a whole.

I heard you on radio 4 the other day. It was a great interview and I noticed you gave Feathercoin a special mention thanks for that. I think there are some worried people who are lashing out and your getting a little bit of the backlash. Please don’t take it personally I’m sure most know how important bittylicious is for the coin and crypto as a whole in the UK.

I’m glad someone realised that I mentioned Feathercoin (and this was obviously entirely intended - Bittylicious accepts a fair few coins but Feathercoin is great, and “local”).

It’s a shame that people like panoramix seem to want to burn their bridges. Of course I won’t let it get to me, but some other partners might not be so understanding.

Marc, without a doubt we are grateful with what you offer for feathercoin.

What Kris_Davison has said in his post he echoes how Bush and I feel and I’m sure many other members of Feathercoin Community too :)

An exchange or exchange platform can’t become irrelevant to a coin due to the fact it trades other coins also.

I think it is important that Feathercoins are traded on a Bittylicious and hope they keep the support they give to feathercoin.

Useless little anecdote, Bittylicious, was the reason I found feathercoin, I noticed FTC was available, did some research, bought some and then joined the forum.

Bittylicious have become irrelevant when it put Feathercoin at the same level as things like Blackcoin.

panoramix, grow up. You’ve run out of things to say, so don’t repeat yourself as it just adds noise. Go to reddit if you want to troll.

I am very happy with Bittylicious as altcoin we are on same level as Blackcoin. I don’t see nothing wrong with this…

panoramix please stop bashing on Bittylicious there really is no need for the hostility.

Its a good thing that Bittylicious offers services to alt coins and not just bitcoin as there are so many services that don’t even recognise alts, at least with Bittylicious we have a good chance of being in more hands and thats a good thing.

I also don’t have anything against being on Bittylicious. It’s better than NOT being there at all, isn’t it? And I sincerely hope that FTC has some decent trading volume there…

Do not misunderstand me. I agree with all of these propositions. It is better to be on Bittylicious than not. But I hope that you will agree that there is not enough space for all alts to succeed. Maybe just a few, and maybe none at all will succeed, not even Litecoin. This is because as Bitcoin capitalization grows, its price oscillations decrease, making it practical for goods exchange. But for alts, opposite is true. As their number grows, they compete for the same pool of sufficiently brave investors, and each one becomes more and more prone to oscillation. In this way, all alts as a group are marginalized into the territory of gambling nad Bitcoin dominates the territory of real goods exchange.

Feathercoin came early and had a potential to be special. Today, when I try to tell people about Feathercoin, they say: “But why Feathercoin? I do not understand what is so special about Feathercoin when there are so many different coins, such as Dogecoin.” For most people, Feathercoin today is just another dirty alt. I’m saying, do what it takes, and I mean what it takes, to keep the price rise stable, without spikes, and without slumps.

I am talking out of concern for Feathercoin survival. The initial credit for alts as “something new” is almost gone. Feathercoin team has virtue, but a large number of alts mimic virtue, and ordinary users have almost no chance to distinguish among them. I am afraid that price stabilization is the last chance for Feathercoin to make a public statement of being special. Having Bushstar as BDFL is strong, but, imo, more has to be done to make Feathercoin number one. If I had enough coins or money to act as a stabilizer myself, I wouldn’t have to open my mouth here. Those confident that my worries are groundless, kindly forgive my talking.
