I usually transfer from Cryptsy to btc-e, but I dont recall doing it that way, in the end of the day its one address sending to another, as long as you have access to the addresses on both ends its fine.

I dont use my wallet in between as it slows the whole transfer down, but when I did it the first time I sent a test amount.

Not to be a Negative Nancy here, but has he provided any proof other than his word that he even had any amount of coins? I mean, what’s to stop anyone going to the media and saying they’ve lost a millions? He’s asking for donations on his twitter. Wouldn’t suprise me if he ws just an elaborate attention whore. You get these “I’ve lost my coins” sob stories daily on forums trying to beg for coin, and 99% of the time they’ll be utter BS.

But if it’s true, then yeah, I’d be far more gutted than he seems.

So I was off on the “few days” part. That I don’t think I can predict … yet. ;)

Never tried to get funds out. Only passed btc in to trade for FTC then FTC out.

You could try selling btc-e codes. How much are you trying to get out. (Obviously none of my business)
