I started to mine Feathercoin as it was a brand new, exciting opportunity. The community even in its infancy is very strong with many experienced users. If you are wanting to get into an alternative cryptocurrency to Bitcoin or you dont want to miss out on a potential ‘Bitcoin Beater’ point your miner feathercoins way!
Not much but it’s essentially how I feel.

In the future we wont have any paper money and a lot of the payments being made will be done with cryptocurrency, as it’s a decentralized coin you want to the one with the best community, thats why i chose FeatherCoin.

I’m putting together a Storify article on Feathercoin. Below is what I have so far, which is … no story yet, but a bunch of links from teh internets concerning Feathercoin in the month of May. I will be adding to it before publishing it on my blog, but it may serve as a good resource for PR. Before I publish it on my blog I’ll be adding as many tweets, articles, videos, facebook post, etc that I come across and try to add as much text content on the coin as I can gather.

[/quote]There will never be just one crypto currency to succeed and the success of crypto as a whole requires a few coins to try and gain traction in the market. I have had a look at many of the current alt coins and I see three or four that I think will make it. Feathercoin grabbed my attention by having a backing of experienced people developing and marketing the coin which not many coins actually have. Many other coins get created and left to try gain traction by itself as Bitcoin did, but Bitcoin was an exception and I don’t believe many coins will survive this way. With the community backing Feathercoin at the moment and from what I’ve seen happening with the coin from day one I do believe that it will gain traction in the market. I will donate all of my mining capabilities to Feathercoin to show how much I believe in the coin.
