-
The Production rate has dropped to 25% of the specification, from yesterday when we were running at 100%. There was also a forking incident at 03:00am.
Updated to show to 11am 29th Aug.

This trip is going to take a few days yes ;)

I’ve compiled all the weekend’s statostics I collected together and split them into 2 charts to make them easier to understand.
The first is straight feathercoin hourly block production, shown in Green.
The specified number of blocks is shown in Blue. Feathercoin specified 2.5 min Transaction time, means there should be 24 Blocks an Hour. The second chart is scaled in percentage of production, 100% would be 24 per hour. Percentage of correct block production maxs out at 350% and is therefore more compatible with difficulty maximum of 260.
There is one interesting thing to notice, the change over of hash power was the same, even when there was only a slight reduction in difficulty.
Can I suggest we quickly re-program the feathercoin difficulty change to move slightly down after each increase, i.e. wobble?
P.S. just joking but its worth a thought…

Wrapper, are you advising asymmetric difficulty limiting?
