Their excuse is equivalent to Andrew Huszar’s, “Sorry America”, the other day.
I can only say: I’m sorry, America. As a former Federal Reserve official, I was responsible for executing the centerpiece program of the Fed’s first plunge into the bond-buying experiment known as quantitative easing. The central bank continues to spin QE as a tool for helping Main Street. But I’ve come to recognize the program for what it really is: the greatest backdoor Wall Street bailout of all time. - Andrew Huszar
I made a killing watching the drop and scooping ftc at .00012 but now that BTC-e has done this I doubt I will leave my funds there. If they want to play games with markets I don’t want any part of the exchange even though they reversed the decision. mcxNow has been great for WDC trading and I will be moving over there with my FTC, hope to see some of you join me :)

Update: FTC\BTC pair will not be delisted.

A mistake?!?! WHAT THE FU*K?!?!??!?! I just lost 259US$!!!

Everyone here knows I’m bad trader (greets @Kevlar). But when an exchange officially announces something, and I act on something like this, not based on a rumor…this is 1000000% scam. Who will be responsible?

I’m sick and tired of this…gonna withdraw whatever crypto I still have, sell it for whatever I can get, delete all the clients and say goodbye to everything… )//&$=#!/%#$=%"=#$%

You really don’t want to do this, now you’ve lost 259USD, can you imagine if you realize you lost 10000’s of USD by selling now and not in 2016 for example. ;)
Just take your loss and leave btc-e, but it would be a shame if you leave crypto because of a bad experience with a bad exchange.

I sent the BTC-e dev another message thanking him for the reversal of the delisting and then asked for a fiat pairing :)

Set up market.feathercoin.com and trade.feathercoin.com , both are equally important. 8)

Do not take an extreme decision now. Scams in cryptos is commonplace. I know it must really hurt, but it will be worse if you leave crypto now and the prices move up a lot in a year or so.

So the price should stabilise now then.

On a slightly different note who here has used crypto-trade ive just signed up and it looks really slick alot better than btc-e.

Any thoughts at all?

(EDIT: Just been looking at there is not alot of volume on there yet. shame really. think ill add a few more reasonable buys on there)

I used it, lol. :P

Like you said it looks really slick, furthermore everything works great.
Admin is a good guy and the support is fast and good. The shoutbox is way better than the trollbox on btc-e, you can have actual meaningful conversations on it and most of the time someone from the staff is on the shoutbox to give support.
A company behind it was for me also a reason to give them a little bit more trust, if they screw up, they’re not only hurting the exchange but actually their whole business. And that business operates since 2009, longer than most crypto businesses. :)

So everything is perfect? Honestly no. Like you already mentioned, the volume should become way more.

I was going to post the same thing. I never bought anything with USD from btc-e but it was nice that I could trade all the coins Im interested in on a single site (BTC, LTC, FTC, XPM). This move will probably push me away from btc-e all together.
