\[SOLVED\] blockchain downloaded, wallet still not sync'ed

Blockchain is downloaded, stills says out of sync. Does it take some time after the download has been completed to sync my wallet with the block chain in order to get my ftc’s that I sent from btc-e?
As I wrote thus, my synchronizing with network started up again with 12,000 more blocks to synchronize…will the block chain have to be sync’ed all day long because of new transactions? Could it be that my computer is to slow?Thanks in advance for your replies!

It worked! My coins are now in my wallet from btc-e.
