Hi Folks,
Just a post to introduce me, I’m a complete newbie from the Isle of Skye - North West United Kingdom.
I have started mining and will watch with interest, cgminer says the GPU is running but the pool doesn’t seem to think it is.
I’ve joined the d2 pool - does anyone know if this is normal, can’t seem to find a FAQ and would prefer not to look to stupid by raising a support ticket.

Give the pool sometime to register the data.
Half hour should be enough for it to show you hashing, but don’t trust the pool hash figures, what cgminer says your hashrate is your hashrate, D2 that runs the pool is a member here so if you do have a problem post in the mining section of the forum here or even read through some old posts first if you want to try to solve the problem yourself.
Welcome to forum, if your still stuck on this just ask here or in the mining section.
The learning curve can be steep starting off so don’t worry about not knowing everything, we are here to help. ;) -
Welcome Dave, My brother-in-laws family are from up that end of the country.
Not been here long myself but would be happy to see if I can help you out a little, the pools seam to take a few minuets to update with a hash rate.
Can you post a copy of your command string and we can take a look at it and see if there is anything glaringly obvious in it thats wrong?
