Feathercoin or Gold?
-
I have been giving some thought to this. Feathercoin or gold? Do you like Feathercoin best, or choose gold.
Maybe both? I see that the gold Panda offer for Feathercoins is still up on the marketplace. Very reasonably priced too. I think so anyway.
So, is it going to add more value to your life to keep and trade Feathercoins going forward in time? That would seem to be the bet, if I am thinking about this correctly. Do we obtain Feathercoin for buying/selling goods and services, or do we buy them just for price appreciation only, as well as a storehouse of value.
We, on this board, have hope/faith that Feathercoin will be widely accepted in the years ahead. That is why time and money is being spent each day in our world. Just thinking out loud here. We have some exciting years ahead of us. I think that gold and silver, along with the accepted crypto currency have an appreciating future just ahead.
But, for right now, the sentiment of choice seems to be crypto.

Its quicker and a hell of a lot more simple to send feathercoins to you, rather than sending gold to you.

I wanted to add this that I have just recently found. A bit dated now, since the BitCoin decline, but the trend
has not reversed, yet…fkimbehttp://www.zerohedge.com/news/2013-11-18/great-rotation-bullion-bitcoin
Yeah I am unsure of what is to become of Gold. I am a fan of silver because it has industrial uses and it means ‘Money’ in like 60 languages or something. But gold I am a little unsure of. I think the price will go up but only because it has a lot of cultural history behind it not necessarily because it can still hold its value based on the utility of something like a well supported blockchain.
But money is what the people say it is. Though remember if the internet goes down, even at intervals (as it is design to degrade gracefully) precious metals would outperform all cryptos as a means of exchange even if it would be difficult to secure a global price.
