New here - Want to build a rig!

Hello everybody. I’m mining for a week now on my 7970, doing just fine.

Well, first of all, I’m a total noob in computers.
My questions would be…
1. Is this a good VGA, or there is better ones for it with price/performance ratio?
2. Never had PC with more than 1 VGA… IS there a lot to set up for it to work properly with all 4?
3. What MB and CPU to buy so it could run 4 VGA’s at once? (preferably a link from overclockers shop)
4. What PSU to buy so it would have enough juice to power it and enough 8-6 pin cables? (preferably a link from overclockers shop)That would be all for now. More to follow once I buy the parts I’m sure :)
