Highly confused FTC/BTC value!!

Hey everyone was on the exchange earlier and someones offering 299 BTC PER 7 FTC!!

Why is this and how, scam, some big guns influencing market??

Just clicked your link it is still there at the bottom and the other one is 1 BTC per FTC!!??
