I follow the thread but it is difficult to participate because my english is very bad.

Isn’t there a victim out there who as legal assistance insurance?

I think these legal assistance insurances are just for the foolish dutch people who are insured for EVERYTHING :-)
And yes i’m one of them and yes i had such an insurance, its useless… -
I’m still looking into this. Hopefully I’ll know how to proceed before the weekend

Just an update for you - My meeting with the solicitor is now solid for Wednesday 5th February. I will find out everything from options to costs and time scales etc.
Thank you for all the Pm’s, i will respond to you all as soon as i have solid legal advice and options for us to pursue.
Its not over yet…
Please remember this thread is not for discussion of the matter, only important updates and to advertise to victims the chance of action and find out if they want to be involved.

I too was stung by FTCLover and his scam. It was only for around 400FTC so was not worth me pursuing legal action, however I’d like to be kept up to date on the proceedings. Could I be included in the PM notifications?

another quick update for you all. I am receiving your Pm’s ok. I wont contact you back until after the weekend as i want to give everyone the chance to respond to me before we make our final group moving forward

another quick update - i have been contacted now by everyone that is wishing to proceed with legal / criminal action. I am currently working out the claim amount and the % of split on the legal fee’s etc. Ill be in touch with everyone in a few days when i’ve ironed out all the details
