actually buying Bitcoin on mt gox ? I see they are going as low as $110, but who is actually brave enough to risk putting money into that exchange right now ?
I see rumours that mt gox themselves are buying cheap. Also the obvious rumours that they will soon go bankrupt.
If they do survive and fix the issues, anybody brave enough to actually buy in now will be highly rewarded when the prices recover to normal levels …
Which way do you guys think this is going to go ??? Have any of you decided to have a gamble and buy some cheap btc ???

In addition to the technical issue, this week we have experienced some security problems, and as a result we had to relocate MtGox to our previous office building in Shibuya
Is that because too many people where sitting in your lobby and asking awkward questions when you walked in to the office with a stupidly big coffee in your hand you pompous tw@t?
The move, combined with some other security and technical challenges, pushed back our progress.
What a load of $hit, what sort of company dealing with technology these days allows a simple office move of staff to effect anything? What did they do take the servers from under the desk and walk down the street with them?
I work on multiple contracts across the globe daily whilst sitting in my tracky bottoms in the West Midlands without any issues at all, so your trying to tell me all your techies are sitting in your office right now pressing the buttons? really? I’m not 2 years old!
I’m not effected buy this and do feel sorry for anyone that has BTC stuck inside their systems, but I must admit I might be tempted by the current $110 price tag and take a risk on a couple.

I must admit, I thought the office move was a bit of a p#%s take too …
It looks like a good opportunity but then you have to think about the reason why they are all so cheap right now. Because of all those poor people who are neck deep in the exchange and do not believe that they will get any coins out.
I purchased quite a few btc through mt gox previously but I always withdrew them immediately. I am not tempted by this at all. If something seems too good to be true, then it is too good to be true ;-)

Man, it is evident that you do not know Japan… and their clumsy approach to business. After some years living here I realizaed a couple of things that perfectly apply to this case so, in my mind it perfectly makes sense… and, no… they do not walk in the lobby with the coffee: they have female employees making instant coffee for them while they spend time internet surfing wearing slippers with a blanket on their lap. When I first saw this it was quite a shock, believe me.
Do the MtGox case looks a bit more clear now? :P
BTW me too I am allured by the amazingly low price… it would be nice to buy some and have the price get back to normal.

… you walked in to the office with a stupidly big coffee in your hand…
Almost spit out my coffee…I walked into the shop today with a ‘stupidly big coffee’ and happened across this. From now on that’s what I’m asking for when I buy my coffee. Size? I’ll take stupidly big, please.
Also, I’m wondering if I come off as pompous…
