Hi All,
as you may be aware I am in the middle of making a android / desktop game and could really do with some help.
There are a few main areas I would like to start with and I’m offering 100 FTC for each one that is selected.
- First is a castle or Building that will be the base which we are protecting in the game my current version I found on line for free and its not great. The image needs to be a png and have a transparent background. somewhere in the region of 250-350 pixels high by 150-ish pixels wide. Please try to fill to the corners of the image as this makes coding for collisions easier. This is the Old version I have as a guide but don’t let this limit creativity. - Second is a background image containing things like mountains clouds trees grass etc. again a png would be preferable and the image needs to be 1028px wide by 512px high. all of the space needs to be filled with something but please dont make the top 100 or so pixels too busy as they may be covered with a menu. Same goes for the bottom which may be covered by the attackers and game obstacles. Here again is one im currently using I found for free online. [attachment=56:bg-mountain.png]
- Third is the bouncing attacker which is a bouncing angry thing that bashes into anything and everything it touches. It needs to look like it could bounce or jump but does not necessarily need to be round. In fact square would be easier to code for but may not look very bouncy. Im totally open to what this could be including a spiky ball, angry rams head or some kind of jabba the hut type being. If the image could be a png with a transparent background and idealy try to fill the space if possible. aprox size 100px width and 100px height. This was my attempt but as you can see I’m no graphic designer. [attachment=57:evil-circle.png]
There are more things I may ask for in the future but so far that’s the list of things I need.
(I could pick more than one of each of these which may give the game more depth and im bound to need different levels / backgrounds / attackers and castles as you move up the rounds.)

So Payment … I will pay 100 FTC for every image that is chosen … the artist / designer will also get a mention in the credits of the game when it goes onto the android store and potentially in the game end credits if I actually put any in. Payment will be made after the image is selected.
Image sizes… I have put the sizes that are actually required but it may be better to give me larger better quality versions that can be scaled down. But it would be great if you could use the pixel hight width as a guide for the proportions of the graphic.
Please only submit your own work as the images are going to be included in a game that will be freely available and I do not want any copyright issues or plagiarism.

Well that’s a good question. So far my theme has been castles and mountains etc. But if anyone wants to do all three images I’m happy to change the theme.
Space with aliens and alien planets?

I’m not really good with thinking out theme’s but I figured the world needs more sheep games. So I hereby submit “Attack of the evil sheeps” theme.

Wow that is fantastic exactly what I was hoping for! What a great game theme.
The going right and left idea is great and shouldnt be much of a change to add in.
I’m happy to pay out the 300 FTC as those images are just fantastic. Plus a bonus 100 FTC for the genius theme idea.

But don’t let that stop anyone else sending in their submissions I would really love to see what other great graphics could come out of this. :)
