Neoscrypt GPU thread.

Greetings all,
I am working with the DEV on another coin that is switching to neoscrypt, and found this place while looking for GPU mining software and settings. All in all, excellent development happened in the thread, and by the time I got to the end of the thread, 2 of my gpu’s were running, and I had found a block of phoenix (the only wallet that is currently solo mining neoscrypt)…
In order to reply to the thread, apparently a post need to be made here, so Hi y’all, and thanks for allowing an idiot like me to be a member!!

Hi and welcome to the community all are welcome here. Yes there has been some Amazing development going on here in regards to the GPU mining. Feathercoin is all about breaking new ground and sharing with the community. :)

can anyone please let me know the settings for r9 280x
i am getting 75kh/s on both 13.12 and 14.6 drivers with below settings…
-I 16 -w 72 -g 1…
i tried generating bin files on 13.12 and then running them on 14.6.
but getting the same hash rate???
can i try 13.12 bin files on 14.9 as suggested by some ???
or its necessary to have bin files on 13.11 and run 14.9???

Re: gpu miner. Watch you don’t do what I did with my R9 270, and accidentally install 13.4, by mistakes, doesn’t work at all. 2 1/2 of windows reinstall hell, might try my r9 270 in my linux box, so I can compile from github and test any fixes.

Your figures are not bad, mine are proportional. I also saw the 10%(?) upgradeing from 13.12 to 14.9 drivers, (dudring the update cycle. I got the odl 32 bit dlls this time tho’.
There is work to fine tune to software and add more cards.
We’ll reorganise the threads to make a neoscrypt bugs and enhancements thread in Feathercoin Development, soon as things pan out.
