Yes there are plans.
Ghostlander has some unique form of POS in mind. Last time I asked him, he replied something like, oh yes I want to do it but ATM I am pretty busy with developing GPU miner. Seriously he is quite clever guy.

Is there a target goal ? Example: Ghostlander needs X btc,ltc,ftc or even USD/GBP to complete the project ?

or is it more about the time frame and the fact he probably has a life outside of Crypto ?

Ghostlander mentioned, that he needs a Nvidia 750ti or similar, so he can develop for the modern Nvidia cards, too.
That would mean about 130-150 Eur

@aciddude A 750 Ti will do it for now as many people use them for mining. 0.5 BTC in donations should be enough to buy one.

@Wellenreiter they actually opened some wallets to withdraw alts…so if you have any FTC balance there is still small hope. I mean there is no reason to keep those alts as hostage.

@aciddude I really appreciate your great intentions, but it isn’t fair when a large part of the mining community benefits from some work funded by a single person. That’s not how crowdfunding works. I’m fine if I receive many small donations even if the target level isn’t met.
