What is current total number of feathercoins?!?!?
-
-
@ghostlander This shows -0.00000001. It would be better if anyone fix it. The feathercoin credibility is falling down rapidly.
-
@Mansuetus it shows me 122604026.67023914
-
@AmDD About the same here :d
-
@Wellenreiter @ghostlander Hm, I just loaded it again and now I see the -0.0000001 number. odd.

@AmDD
Ok that helped a lot :)Actually explorer.feathercoin.com is a cluster of two servers, explorer1 and explorer2.
Based on the Internet DNS resolution the servers run in a kind of load balancing.
It turned out, that explorer1 has a problem and shows -0.00000001.I will check that and hopefully it will be fixed soon.

1st update:
Explorer1 has a problem with the total mined coind at block 1168492- http://explorer1.feathercoin.com/chain/Feathercoin/q/totalbc/1168491 shows 117975860.73302738
- http://explorer1.feathercoin.com/chain/Feathercoin/q/totalbc/1168492 shows -0.00000001
I started a resync to synchronize the explorer db with the block chain again.
This will take some time -
@Wellenreiter
I still cant understand difference between
explorer.feathercoin.com/chain/Feathercoin/q/totalbc showing 122621466.67023914
and
http://api.feathercoin.com/?output=stats showing “totcm”:245311400Shouldnt be those numbers equal?

I did a manual calculation. Explorer is right, api is wrong.
@Mansuetus : you discovered a bug in the api!Total number of coins is 204639*200+(<newest block number> - 204639)*80, what leads as I write this to 122743560 coins.
The above formula reflects the fact ,that the first 204639 blocks where generated every 2.5 minutes and contained 200 mined coins, while after that block new blocks are generated every minute and contain 80 coins only to keep the total number of coins mined ever at the same number.The explorer shows a slighty smaller number of coins, as it shows <coins mined> - <coins destroyed>
