Help setting up my rig for FTC mining 2014

I have not been mining FTC for a while, though I know now the prices have dropped and its probably not worth mining anymore. But just for the sake of principal and the hope that the price will rise, how do I get my computer to mine FTC again as something has changed…I know it! (smashes computer in rage) They’ve done something…(takes medication and calms down)…so I would appreciate any help, thank you.

The algorithm has changed to Neoscrypt. If you have an old GPU setup for scrypt, it will most likely work but you will need the neoscrypt versions of the mining software. There’s a great thread on the beta of the miner in tech development and plenty of bits in the mining section.
