Hello everyone I’m new to this cryptocurrency thing and so I thought I would give this one a try as being bitcoin is out of my league with all the ASIC miners out now and the ungodly difficulty making it impossible for any not to have a 20,000 dollar rig to mine with and I can’t afford something like that. I hope this one isn’t as bad as that.

You have come to the right place we have just switched feathercoins algorithm from scrypt to NeoScrypt (a asic resistant algo) for that exact reason. We want Feathercoin to be accessible to the hobbyist miners more than the rich guys with 20k ASICs so for now we are CPU and GPU only. Hope you find what your looking for there are lots of people here willing to help. :)
