Maybe it is a good thing and members of the UK government are warning the UK population their Internet activity is already being recorded?
I’m not an expert but Tor now seems a necessity, but is there any other safety measures i can recommend to “normal people” i.e. not vpns. To reduce the usefulness /intrusiveness of the potential data being stored by TalkTalk or other ISPs in UK?

I would ask you to consider more closely when things are “proved”, and to what accuracy or probability it is proven.
Please also look at who and what “conclusions” you are fed. Is it your job to announce those conclusions?
Even if you were there, it was wrong of you to call the “Jo Cox event” a “horrific murder”.
You must agree, it prejudiced the case of a supposed mentally ill person, at least he was antagonized, if not “mind controlled” by similar rhetoric and pro brexit propaganda, from other “celebrities/politicians” in the media i.e. promotion of retaliation.
You made a statement that assume a “murder” from a Leader and national reported figure before the “trial”.
How did you know it wasn’t, mental illness?, manslaughter through diminished responsibility? some sort of insurance fraud, or charity black ops funding appeal scam? Or a double cross by the “Britain First” wing of the police? Or black op to finance remove a CIA infiltrator spying on Gordon Brown? i.e. you were jumped to a prejudiced conclusion that tied you in to an agenda of fear.
I don’t know exactly what “news” you should include in speeches, when politics should be about strategic trends, not individual cases.
If considered for inclusion, the speech should have contained a more in depth analysis of the causes , likely hood of that effecting anyone, was it caused by propaganda in the press?.
e.g. It should have been described as “death”, and how few or none other similar cases there were likely to be.

The Labour party’s MP Jo Cox’s death was also a recent tragedy that deserves further investigation to work out what were the individual causes and what action plan Tasks to ameliorate those causes to take, subsequent to any trial.
FYI - If “Tommy Mair” ends up was a gardener for Paul Jeffries, the UK leader of the National Alliance who lived less than a mile away from “Mair” until he recently died? Or my prediction Mair will “die”, so he can be removed from prison, at some stage, after perhaps a quick prison info collection job. Also, the link between the USA / National Alliance indicates a connection to a direct current interest of the CIA.

I am disabled, trying not to have my limited physical ability used up, so have gone through the “insecure” method of confirmation, so as to join the party.
Could you request the Labour security officer to suggest a way the documentation can be sent encrypted in the future… At least a documented methodology, you pass a public key etc …
The distributed blockchain has been created by activist to give “you” the tools to solve problems with centralized and totalitarian systems. I suggest leveraging open source blockchain technology to produce a Labour membership “wallet” and encrypted distributed, blockchain and membership, certified history and message service.

I’ve installed TrackMeNot Firefox / chrome add on
I have “hacked” the TrackMeNot, to change to my custom var zeitgest list, instead of their “trackable/excludable” one… he he
trackmenot.js in Mozilla extensions
They have hard coded the frequency of false searches to 10 per minute, to stop it spamming?
TrackMeNot still seems to contains searches with my blacklist as well : commercial flight from havana good, so still not perfect

I have started to upload some of the changes, documentation of what variables / defaults are available to adjust.
The first commit is and updated zeitgeist array. In practice everyone should have customizable list, so a trend of searches too ignore can’t be “machine learned”.
We will upload each adjustment tested and an updated readme to deploy a custonm add-on.
There are obvious areas for further improvement as an anonymity or background search agent, for instance more creative search timing algorithms and a click on through function.
The use of the code as a front end for a more intelligent Bot is also very interesting, intelligent random web page displayer, to a “zeitgeist”. Like the Deep Learning Go game algorithm, but following threads of research.

I require no reply, I am extremely concerned about the collapse of the political system and the dangers of current Machine Learning technology, to give you my experience of 30 years research into machine learning and data analysis :
Just to let you know that the snoopers charter means that paedophiles and blackmailers will now have the greatest database of links for the Mr Computer A.I. system / Big Brother, to search through and people to blackmail. Also, images to view, much greater than the “coerced” images in the current “dark web”.
Please pass on a well done to all who voted for investigative powers bill, from paedophiles, bully sectret service, corrupt police, totalitarians and foreign governments.
You should be made aware that non UK countries will have open access to that data? If not direct access it will be via paid off employees or agents, deliberately complex proprietary systems with bugs that can be hacked for “cyber war”). If this is not true, then (under current policies) our secret services are dangerously incompetent.

Note that in the political or human interaction field “The act of monitoring” is usually all that is required to correct the system. This is not invasive monitoring which abuses human psychology, people are involved in observing aspects of the “environment” to make truer decision on what works.

Dear Amelia Womack Deputy Leader of the Green PartyI have written to you specifically about a Leader ship and membership participation strategy and tactical means, I have been developing over a number of years.
It raises from work I did Work allocation optimization and monitoring for Manchester University, the MoD and other blue chip companies before I was disabled by cancer in 2003.
It is important that different Parties participate, particularly like the “Greens”, who have specific environmental concerns. The noise danger pollution from cars has gone unchecked, I believe if trending of lead, or rates had been done a more sensible transport system would have naturally evolved.
OCM is a system where you don’t have to be in power to see your concerns met and anyone can participate in helping calculate relevance and monitoring responses.
I have joined the Labour Party, because political activists need to be associated with their closest party in that dimension.
However, as that seems to be delayed, I am concerned that it might be being blocked. I have pointed out to Jeremy Corbyn (Labour Party Leadership) that invoking Jo Cox is not ethical, particularly as they don’t consider the real possibility it is a CIA / MI5 false flag and a supposed “mental ill person” was prosecuted on his Internet history as a terrriorist (sic) against a straw man operation to get a Spy on USA right winger out.
OCM is a method where different groups can participate in politics by monitoring progress on issues and tasks set by the “government”.
It is a seed project to develop the full Social, Environmental and Political system monitoring and Task allocation methods, with the input of interested parties.
As you may well know, there is a large amount of funding being directed at charities in this sphere. Data collection and interpretation is not charities primary aim, the results are short term and the interpretations are more biased by the vested interest of the charities primary concern.
I have been involved in Blockchain developments, so there is also explanation how open source and extreme development techniques can make the project virtually instantaneous. A case study from FTC is Hullcoin, which I was involved in the team at FTC who advised our representative / helper at Hull council.

It is a very in depth book of material David has compiled for USA military Intelligence, because current systems are failing (are stupid).

In both the UK and the US the secret intelligence world is out of control and very expensive while also being useless. At the same time, Parliament has not Open Source Agency to create public intelligence (decision-support) in the public interest. My Memorandum to Vice President Biden, which was ignored, is attached.
The UK has two huge problems – the City of London and the monarchy’s ties to organized crime and the Rothchilds. Having said that, I consider London to be the center of the earth and Parliament to have real potential. What is needed is an Open Source Centre, perhaps affiliated with a series of universities and financially sponsored by companies such as Thomson Reuters (which is afraid of the concept of free public information but we can help them get over it).
I welcome an invitation to discuss this on skype with Parliament or Labour staff, with the idea of justifying a trip to London to educate labor leaders on how they can create the world’s first Smart Nation in which every decision by government is rooted in evidence-based open source intelligence – and where the opposing party makes decisions based on payments from special interests, open source intelligence can be used to heap scorn and disdain on those making the decision against the public interest.
Trump’s National Security Advisor understands all this, a discreet approach from Labour to Trump seeking his approval of a joint US-UK Open Source Centre and Network – US money, blended brains – would probably yield $125M to start, toward $2B – I have worked on this for 25 years. Right now what I need is for the highest levels of Labour to understand the opportunity both politically and financially, as well as economically and socially. We can turn the UK into the world’s first jobs-oriented open source everything engineering economy, exporting to Africa, Asia, Arabia, and the Americas (think solar energy plus unlimited water desalination, keeps all those pesky illegal aliens happy at home.
