Updated the French post regarding 19800.com stop of service at end of Month.

I also add a red flag at top of topic with the “last update date”, I think it’s good for user comming first time easily seeing that last update, is quite recent. :)

@Bushstar could be cool if you do the same on the offical thread. :)
