synch issues

think i have screwed up (yes/no - can i get them back) . ok bought feathercoins through bittylicious.Went into feathercoin 2 app wallet.Kept telling me synchronizing months behind.after several days i went into settings pressed on Reset Blockchain and ended up with no coins received so far - any way to get them back

After pressing reset blockchain, did the wallet start to synchonize again?
Did if tell you that it is fully sync’ed?
If you bought the coins some days ago only, they will not show up until the wallet has synchronized up to the date/time you received the coins.In case of a tuck sync what you can do:
- click on ‘peer monitor’ and check that the wallet has a connection to at least one peer. It can happen that a feathercoin-wallet-2 doesn’t get the network connection. In that case close the wallet wait some time (may be an hour or so) and try again.
If there is a connection shown, go into the pull down menu-> block explorer and check the number, date and time of the last seen block.
Compare that with the block shown in the
block explorer
