For the rest of our members… @CryptoHaga and @SwadFX - have been working on the discord channel. Greeting new members, directing them to the forums, answering their noob questions etc. They have both done an amazing job.
Discord, like Slack is just another method of communication for most crypto users. I’m a big fan of getting as much reach as possible and I really like what they’ve done there. I’ll try and post some screen shots later.
We always say the forums are the official community hub. Where as Slack, Discord and Telegram are branches off…the aim is just to attract as many users as possible.
Discord was made for gamers, Gamers have Graphics Cards, Feathercoin is GPU minable. It just makes sense to try and on-board more from that community.
