Can you provide some more inforamtion?
As you mentioned a ticket ID, I assume you transferred coins from an exchange or from a mining pool to your wallet.- What is the pool/exchange?
- is your wallet fully synchronized?
- did you contact the pool/exchange operation about your problem?
I can see you wallet address at the feathercoin explorer, but not the transaction you references, so it seems the transaction didn’t make it into the blockchain.
