Hi, Can anyone remind me if the FC core wallet has a ‘seed’ attached to it as I cannot remember if I received one! I should add, I have ‘backed up’ my wallet (if I did the right thing) using the appropriate menu.

Hi and welcome. FTC does not work with a seed, just reinstall your back-up walllet.dat.
