Help please.

i am a novice. I have an older version wallet on my laptop with 100ftc. i downloaded the new wallet 2 on my phone. I transferred 10ftc from the old wallet to the new app as a test and it worked. Then i did the same action again transferring another 40ftc to the same tested address. this time a message came up saying i should pay for this to happen. i accepted the charge and pressed send. the 40ftc never arrived at my new wallet. this transaction was on 7/01/18. the ftc has left my old wallet. i have the tracker ID but don’t know what to do with it? thank you in advance for any advice here.

Try to reset the blockchain in from the wallet’s menu.
This will cause the wallet to scan the whole blockchain again at it will take some time, but hopefully your coins will shop up again.
