P2pool server p2pool.neoscrypt.de changed it's ip address

The p2pool server p2pool.neoscrypt.de has moved to a new hardware and got a new ip address.
All miners using the ip address of the server (46.4.0.101) for mining must change their configuration to use the URL
stratum+tcp://p2pool.neoscrypt.de:19327 for mining from today (Nov 23rd 2019)
The old server with ip address 46.4.0.101 will be shut down beginning of December.Sorry for the inconvenience
