This story has been passed around a few times recently and just gives a little chuckle and giggle to think that it happened.
Must of been a little of a shock to be playing the likes of Counter Strike competitively on like a 79xx and getting 100% GPU usage :P

Interesting in that the article says it didn’t cost anyone anything. What about the combined power consumption of all those GPUs? I would imagine serious gamers are running at the cutting edge of graphics hardware so it’s not likely to be pittance!
