All shares are 1.30 BTC each to allow for market changes and escrow fees. This group buy needs 0 remaining shares at 1.30 BTC each to be sold to purchase a preorder for a Saturn 200GH/s from KNCMiner. If these 35 shares at 1.30 BTC each are purchased, every share will payout 1/40th of the expected hashrate in BTC of the 200GH/s miner. 200 divided by 40 equals a theoretical hashrate of 5 GH/s per share!

This group buy is intended to let my friends and forum members take part in the opportunity to purchase cheap hash-rate through the recently launched KNC Miner (https://www.kncminer.com) company located in Stockholm, Sweden. The unit that the shares relate to is the KNC Saturn now advertised for 200 GH/s (https://www.kncminer.com/products/saturn).

I have structured the purchase so that members wanting to get access to the exceptionally cheap hash rate/GH that the Saturn offers can secure hash rate from one of the machines without spending ~BTC50 for a purchase.

[b]OFFERING DETAILS:[/b]

[b]35 shares [/b] of 1.30 BTC each are available.
Each share entitles the owner to [b]1/40th of the BTC proceeds from a KNC Miner Saturn mining 24/7 for 24 months*[/b]
[b]Payments[/b] will be made to the address of the shareholders weekly.
5 shares will be owned by OP as payment for hosting/power/maintenance of the miner.
After 24 months the miner will be considered ‘spent’ and become the property of OP.
IP Webcam will be watching the miner 24/7 if you wish to watch a live feed.
([b]*[/b]Miner breaking after 12 month warranty, random acts of nature like house burns down etc, internet downtime, not covered in 24/7 for 24 months)

[b]IN CASE OF NON DELIVERY:[/b] I take no responsibility for the possibility that KNC Miner does not deliver the miner. I have done what I consider a thorough due diligence but as we all know, you can never 100% guarantee anything when it comes to pre-orders.

[b]IN CASE OF HARDWARE FAILURE:[/b]
In case of hardware failure we will have KNC repair or replace the machine. Any costs involved will be deducted from payment as costs.

[b]REFUNDS:[/b]
Refunds will be available until the order had been placed minus the escrow handling fee. After this point a refund will only be available if KNC does not deliver and we shall then attempt to seek funds returned from KNC to disperse them among the shareholders minus the escrow handling fee. We cannot guarantee this however.

Should the Group Buy not sell all 35 shares within time I reserve the right to refund all shareholders their purchase price -2% escrow fees for john and transactions of managing the group buy.
