Rig stats and pics

Cost of leccy currently .1256/kwh but it should be dropping to .0941/kwh once British Gas pulls their finger out! :)

And how about the standing charge, your upfront fee? ^^;
(I’m only curious because I’ve recently swapped providers myself. My new tariff is £0.18/day standing charge and £0.1197 kwh with EDF) -

Single Gigabyte 7950, getting 627 khashes/sec, and 63 degrees Celsius.

I have an Asus 5770 CuCore and recently got an MSI 7870.
Getting around 420kHash during the day when i need my desktop and 480 overnight.
Still have an empty slot and planning to get a 7950. -
Thanks for posting that pic Nutnut, and for the advice ChristianRiesen, it will help with my next build.
I can easily imagine the heat in that room Nutnut. If anyone lives near or has access to a recycling center it might be worth asking them for computer parts or even to purchase parts of them cheaply, like the motherboards, psu, psu cables, chips, ram, you might even get lucky with a few cards.
For free wattage, it might be worth looking at anything that can generate up to a 1000 watts to power your rig, I know 1.5Kw wind turbines cost about $1000 but I dont know if you can use this with a battery system for reliable power. Any thoughts or ideas on this are most welcome.

Got my new rig a 7950 running at 610 and 78c. Does anyone have better settings to get more out of my 7950 cards on cgminer?
-
Single 7950 here at 600 kh/s.
Surely we can pull more from our cards? I will look for some better cgminer settings

Indeed, you have. But not on the GHz editions…
I think I’m going to start using minerd and pull an extra 60kh/s into mining.

Edited the main page of this thread to include a breakdown of each card.

Nice! You can add 73c to my card if you like :).
-
I have a 5770 between 180 and 200 kh
a 5870 between 375 and 400kh -
wow… guys running rigs at 80c+?..
I got:
2x 7870 420kh each at 75c
2x 7790 300kh each at 70cI was quite impressed with the 7790 (didnt look at stats before i bought)… for those that want to best bang for the buck… $150 card doing 300kh and is extremely power efficient.
-
Updated the new temps and cards :)
Yeah my 7950 is running just under 80c it’s at around 78c but the 7950 can apparently take a lot more heat than other cards.

My rig certainly isn’t fast by any means. But I have a XFX 6670 with 1gb of ddr5. I get around 105-110 kh/s it’s also paired with my a6-3670k apu that gets about 50 kh/s.
Edit: the apu gets about 50 actually. it’s got a nice overclock on it. Also the Gpu stays near 52 C and the processor stays near 30 C
