Contractor accepting Feathercoin for payment

I have a contract laborer who is accepting Feathercoin for payment. He works on one of my websites. We are both very pleased that we could reach this agreement.

If you don’t mind me asking, how did you guys approach the issue of valuation? Did you first estimate the cost in currency and then convert that into FTC or do you have a more intrinsic sense of the valuation of FTC and agree to a price that was reasonably independent of the current exchange rate?
If payment is decided first on its value in currency, do you have any particular agreement about what time the calculations will be made or which exchange will have the governing rates?
Were there any other noteworthy differences between a typical agreement and one which compensates with FTC?

[/quote]I wish I could say that we did something like that, but we’re good friends and I made an offer and he accepted on the faith that the price would increase in the future. As it stands the deal favors my end. Tomorrow, that may change. A year from now I may wish I never made this deal in FTC. lulz

there quite a bit of young talents out there without the economy to invest in large mining equipment, or buy ftc. being able to earn ftc by doing something fun might make it pretty lucrative cheap labor…
i think i can get some youngster to dance the feather dance on youtube for 100ftc :o
