[/quote]I think a Monarch is a great investment, I bought a bunch for myself and this offer is a good opportunity to save from retail price and get next generation mining card.

[/quote]It could be a good investment if not a pre-order. It may be worth nearly nothing by the delivery time. A local guy has offered me some ~300GH/s BitFury ASICs recently at 0.1 BTC per 1GH/s. A waste of money even though he delivers the same day. He has reduced the price after the last retarget on the 17-Oct by about 40%. I guess he will be selling them at a half of this price after the next retarget.
