Feature Request: Open app if already running

I tend to have apps open I don’t know I already have open. Since having FeatherCoin open twice is useless and having the icon displayed is useless as well, I find myself often staring at this error message:
Cannot obtain a lock on data directory C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Roaming\Feathercoin. Feathercoin is probably already running.
Could it be made so if the application is tried to be started a second time, that it would not start again, instead it would just open the already running one?
No big deal and no priority, just something that would be very nice to have.

Nope just a lot in it already so I kick out 99% of all icons. I have network, sound and time down there, as well as skype when I run it, thats it. Just think it would be a neat yet small feature that makes the app more polished.
