Let's get a ruling before I do anything:
-
People who mine coins that aren’t listed on an exchange; are they allowed to list packages of those coins and sell them for FTC?
Example, offering 1000 Bosscoins for 100 FTC.
I know exchanges are optimal but it seems this is a good way to possibly direct traffic to the marketplace from those that seek those coins, have them convert something accessible like BTC to FTC through their exchange and utilize the escrow system of the marketplace at the same time.
Just toss me some feedback.

I see no problem with this, I see it as an extension of some of the trades I’ve made for GBP on the forums.
If someone is willing to trade anything for FTC, as long as both parties are happy, there’s no problem.
Of course, the usual caveats apply, buyer/seller beware, use escrow, no blame or responsibility attached to the forum or admins if things go wrong, etc.

I don’t understand why more people don’t do this! What a great way to advertise that you’re selling! Built in escrow, right target audience… what’s not to love?

Ok, reading that again, I now think you mean doing this through the Marketplace, rather than through the forums. In any case, I’d approve of doing this both ways.
Right, my intention was the Marketplace.Cool, then. If I get access to the 'net tonight I’ll list some of those.

Might do this for some of my Litecoins.
