HA! Looks like selly’s no more gaps! Can’t even see the GPU… Damn!

Here’s my rig. Runs at 69 degree’s celcius at 430Khash/s. There’s just enough room for a second Gigabyte R9 270 2Gb OC. The PSU should just handle it I hope. There’s a good slot of venting right underneath where the GPU fans will sit. It’s my first prototype and is solely for just learning a few things without breaking the bank. When I know what I’m doing, I’ll be getting a rack mount system and bracketing the thing to the wall so the cats and dog can’t get to it. =^-^=

Shoestring extraordinary usage. Keep the GPU swinging and dancing around the clock.
RIG 1 - left hand built 4 CPU rig, RIG 2 - the dancer also with 4 GPUs.

Here is one of our rigs.

I’m currently mining with a mate. One rig is at mine, the other is at his place.

                                We’re running 2 x 280x and 2 x 7950, which gives us around 2500Kh/s.

Just mining as a bit of a hobby, not sure where it’ll lead. Definitely considering adding a third rig at some point :)

Here’s mine. I have a 3rd GPU on it’s way. All ASUS R9 280x running 750 kh/s and they never go lower than 740. They also never go above 63 degrees which is wonderful. The one card stays at 60 degrees while the other fluctuates between 61 and 62. I love the temps considering its kept in a small room with no fan in it, the original plan was to mine in the garage since we get about -40 C temperatures at this time of the year…

We use different power supplies, some 1250 cooler master and other just random 1000w that we can get cheap on ebay or anything.

Here’s a part (13GPU) of my rig (24GPU) at its current location on a bench.
Well be moving everything within 2 days to a shelved rack having with some sort of forced push/pull ventilation.

Nope, you probably can’t see on the picture but the cards are supported by rubber pads at the end.
The GPU power cables keep are tied together to prevent the cards from falling apart.
They will be supported by a small bar in the shelved rack :-)

As for the 3*3rigs (at the end) theres also a small ventilator each blowing between the GPU’s.
These rigs have a 1000W PSU, the 2*2rigs each a 750W PSU, the other rigs (not on the picture) have a 850W PSU even with 3*R9 290 on each of them and works perfectly.

Btw its a steel bench but there are ceramic tiles between the mobo’s and bench :-)
We’ll be expanding to around 30-36GPU’s the next weeks and thats the max because our mains cannot handle more (3*20A/230V) at this time.

And yes it still is a hobby…

                                            Haha love it.
Looking at caravan to expand my rigs to myself, still a hobby. gotta envy your 3x20A power source though :D
