        Progress report:

        Last night mnstrcck got me the publish HTML, (LOOKS SOOOOO GOOD!!!) so I got that integrated, AND I got hosted publishing working too, although the UI’s not done yet. Still futzing around with JQuery UI.

        Basically you tell it what you want to publish, and you get two options: Send it yourself (here’s the addresses), or send this amount to a single address, and It’ll publish for you. Of course I managed to tie up about half my balance with a coding mistake that had me removing sent messages from the wrong database, but that’s not important… what is important is that it works as a hosted service as well as a local one, and no one need give me more coins than the cost of publishing. It’s also completely anonymous, since you can just put in what you want published, send to the publish address, and walk away.

        We’re on target for a Christmas release here… although I’m going to need a domain name to host it at. Any suggestions?

          The Canon t2i in the studio (2 rooms over) was a bit overkill.

              Seeing it work in that video was pretty exciting! Pretty amazing to think what will be possible with this.

                You can always l.ink.yt - but not sure how practical this is.

                    So, after a late night yesterday tweaking the UI CSS + HTML, I did some more fun work today getting all the needed libraries and dependancies, reindexing the wallet, getting sails running and boom:

                    It’s alive! I’m using OSx - so it was a bit more engaging, but still pretty darn easy.

                    Can’t wait to test publish something soon!

                      LOL - I made this one from scratch - but obviously loving the single column + noise + drop shadows.

                        It’s simplistic and sweet. I don’t have an issue’s with the front end ahy.

                                We’re in the home stretch.

                                Hosted publishing works. You fill in the details, you get a dialog with a link, you click the link and it launches your QT client, you press send, and as soon as the transaction confirms, another dialog pops up showing you the transaction Id with your data, and a link to the explorer.

                                Mnstrcck is working on the search result CSS, I need to fill in the FAQ and about, and the footer, and then we’re on to hosting it. This Monday I’ll be buying a domain, and by Christmas eve, I expect beta invites to go out to donaters.

                                If I have time I’ll do another video update later this weekend.
