To inform and rous the interests of the general public I am organising a week in which all members change their facebook profile pictures to the feathercoin logo.
WHAT TO DO:
Change your facebook profile picture to the feathercoin logo with feathercoin underneath.WHEN:
Starting on December 31st at 12pm GMT (London time) for the entire first week of 2014!WHY:
Hopefully it will get more people involved in our beloved cryptocurrency and with that more buyers, merchants and miners increasing the value of your holdings and putting feathercoin on the map.SUPPORT THE CAUSE AND PROMOTE THIS PROJECT. FLY THE FLAG!

I managed to invite almost 4,000 people to the event on Facebook… and its not a pump and dump its publicity for the currency, more merchants may start accepting ftc as payment and more investors will come :) its all good me thinks!

I would like to follow up this campaign with a physical campaign maybe 3-6 months into next year were members make feathercoin posters and put them up around their city or town on a certain day in a co-ordinated effort like the “make Kony famous” campaign.

The poll so far seems to be overwhelmingly in favour of this campaign. If you have friends on Facebook invite them to the event if you can! :)

Willing to give 1 feathercoin to anyone who has more than 1000 facebook friends and invites them all to this event. once completed just post your wallet + link to your fb profile so I can check… The link to the event is in the second post of this thread! :)
