Feathercoin selling for $1 each on eBay
-
Another option to go FTC > USD, if that’s what you’re into …

But, I thought this was good news to see that people were paying $1 each for FTC at this current time.

Even though it’s worth around $0.20-$0.21 per 1 :D oh well, someone thinks that is a good deal in there eye’s so they don’t think they lost out :P
Edit: $0.13 each :D

I wonder if people are buying this :)
If it goes to $2 or more in few months then it was a good investment ^^

“Anything that has happened will happen again”, and hopefully this is the case with Feathercoin being $1 but in actual exchanges in the future :)
-
As of now is 0.00099 BTC per 1 FTC… BUY BUY BUY :D

Ebay is where I first came across feathercoin about a week after its debut(while I was looking for mining hardware), in a way its a great place to advertise a new coin. ;)
Rates will always be at least twice as high compared to say btc e or vircurex but thats because of paypal charge back and hacked accounts etc.
But saying all that, there is a large amount of transactions done this way as sellers will take the risk for the higher payment and buyers feel safe, because there not sending cash to an online exchange, which (to them) are normaly down, hacked etc (recent examples being bitcoin 24, vircurex)I do keep an eye out on ebay for a bargain, but normaly I use online exchanges, just don’t keep coins lying around in them.
Oh yeah. Price will need to be increased soon. ;)

How are people getting their GBP into FTC? I can’t seem to find a straight forward/simple method (other than eBay ofc). I’m trying to supplement my meagre 450kh/s with some flat currency purchases.
I’d say via bitcoin or litecoin purchase, that is what I do.
Easiest way: bitbargain.co.uk register there, buy BTC or LTC with GBP there, transfere the chosen currency to btce address. Buy ftc with the btc and transere to wallet ;) good luck! -
For anyone selling FTC on eBay:
Don’t transfer any FTC until at least 24 hours after Paypal payment is made. I’ve had 2 sales where Paypal reversed the payment as the account was obviously hacked. Haven’t lost any yet as I stated in the listing I would send within 2 days, allowing for Paypal to knock fraudulent transactions on the head, which they did within 1 hour in both cases.
