Wallet vanished / wallet lost of a mobile phone

Hello to all, newly signed up mainly for answers to my missing wallet. the wallet has been on my mobile (android) without problems…it s been out of syn on occasions but that’s it. I woke up one mornin and it disappeared fro my phone. So 100 feather coins gone. Is there any way to retrieve or track and trace etc :-\
the feather coin symbol is there just when clicked on it says>>> app isn’t installed

strange, what if you backup your phone data and reinstall the app?

I’m moving this thread to Support, because that is where you will get the best response.
We do not program the Android Wallet, but will still try to look into this. I do not use mobile phones so can’t just download it, also mobiles are harder to diagnose than Desktops as root facilities are more limited.
My son has also lost the Ferathercoins off his wallet, when the company upgraded his phone, so it is an important issue.
We may also need further information.
