Ok so my wallet was on my phone, and it has been lost… I was riding my motorbike and it must have fallen out of the pocket, I have spent days driving up and down the same route in search of the phone with no luck whatsoever…I will try again tomorrow and hopefully I find it before any further action is taken…
you must be joking…
He is, I assure you. No one carries $20,000 on a phone with no backup in their pocket while riding a motorcycle. He’s intelligent enough to get your money, he’s not so stupid as to lose it like that.
This wouldn’t be the first time he’s made a complete fabrication.
So far, no PM either. I’d be really happy to help mediate this conversation, but if we don’t hear from Shane, then he’ll be hearing from the lawyers… and that’s gonna suck. It’s really trivial to get a summary judgement from a judge, get a lien on his property, and get the motorcycle, and whatever else he owns. You can basically seize all his assets, including any computer equipment, up to the amount of the judgement, and there’s no judge in the world who’s gonna look at this case and not side with the plaintiff. Big burly guys coming to your house and taking all your possessions is one of those experiences you really hope to avoid in life. The statement that because the motorcycle was purchased with other funds it’s not subject to seizure is a total lie: Any property of value is subject to seizure in the case of a judgement and non-payment.
These excuses are just going to hurt him in court. It’s not too late to make this right, though. Get in touch with me.
i am glad to have you on board thanks

Easily rectifiable.
Who sent him money. Post his address that you sent it to.
Will verify against loss claim.
In all seriousness is anyone actually buying this crap what so ever? when did you lose the phone? are you saying that you never spent a single bitcoin what so ever? every single bitcoin sent to you since you started the project was still in this wallet on your phone? Really? How did you buy/order the equipment then? First you tell me you bought the knc with the bitcoins (and the payment method on your receipt does show bitpay) now you expect people to believe you didn’t spend a single coin and you lost them whilst out on your bike. The only thing you are taking for ride here is everyone on this forum. What kind of cretins do you think we all are? I have never heard of or been exposed to so much BULLSHIT in my entire life
First of all nothing has been purchased as the order receipt was just an invoice not a receipt, I was waiting to have enough to buy everything, I lost the phone at 11pm on the 19th of January and have been searching every day except for today as I have a chest infection, I did not spend a single bitcoin. I am going to report to the police, and I bought it second hand off of ebay a couple of months back so I have no box or codes… I don’t even have the bitcoin address that the bitcoins were sent too.
Probably think I’m an idiot but I’ve been trying to delay everything to save face and I thought I would have found it by now! That’s why I wanted more time to go look for it again tomorrow when I am feeling better! Its a good 30 mile stretch of road from here to the city and it could have dropped out anywhere along the way! I am only a learner biker aswell so all I was wearing was a helmet, no protective clothing or anything so it must have fallen out of my jacket pocket…
Sorry guys… I am a disgrace, and I make about €1000 a month as a security guard and I would like to pay everyone back out of my wages but this will be a slow process…
You can search on coinpayments site what was the address you withdraw the BTC to , or, depending where you withdrawed first you can search on your pc wallet what was the address of the wallet on the phone you sent he coins to , is that simple -
Here’s the problem: This contradicts everything you’ve said so far. Which means either you were lying then, or your lying now… likely both.
I keep asking you to PM me for a REALLY good reason: Because we can resolve this by working together. Your continued excuses and revealing lies are not helping you at all. PM me, let’s set up a time to talk this weekend.
Or, you can continue to post excuses and expose the lies you’ve told people, and people will continue to get madder at you, and we can deal with this through lawyers, and you’ll lose everything you own, like that shiny new motorcycle and your computer, and your home if you own it.
I’m offering you a choice here: Work with us to resolve this, and I promise you if you cooperate we’ll keep it all civil, or tell it to the judge who has more than enough evidence to convict you of fraud and theft.

I never had a pc wallet, it took too long to sync so I removed the software and just used my phone, how do I search coinpayments for it??
I still don’t believe this, but even if this is true: Why don’t you secured your wallet by doing backups on pc/usb-stick etc.? Please don’t say you didn’t know that this is possible.

Plus if he’s only 21 then it’s a fair assumption he lives with his parents and no wants to have to explain to Mum why her sofa and white goods are being carried out of the front door…

IMPORTANT:
Everyone on this list, find out what BTC/FTC address your payment went to. Hope needs them so she can use the power of an open ledger to do a simple audit and see if his claims are true.
I’m just going to say Shane, the deeper the hole you dig, the worse it is going to be. Garnished wages aren’t something to laugh about. You are also looking at prison time with the amount of money involved. A man in Cork went to prison for three months for 4000 Euro.

If there is no history of withdraws , you can simply ask them in an email what was the address you withdrawed all the fund to . Anyways , I am a bit dissapointed , because even if it does not sound to much , that 0.184 was all I earned in 1 month of hard work here in Romania , and I hoped that by investing them I earn some extra . Now , my family is mad at me :(( . Anyways , if you lost your wallet on 19 , then why did you keep on selling BITCOIN MINING contracts ? on what wallet the new fund woud go if you had lost your only wallet on your phone ? Hope that things get sorted out

Just WOW, what a dick move FTClover, yea anyone one should be able to see he’s making up lies as he goes. Also I’m sorry for everyone’s loss, but when I saw this starting up and him selling these contracts I was like “Hell no” I’m no genius but this had bad idea written all over it. I would start any legal action you can soon as possible, I really hope people can find some way to told him accountable for his actions and get their money back.

FTCLover - I think you forgot me! You owe me 1 BTC.

is there a company i can hire that will do a detailed trace on everyone’s payments and where they ended up? I will put money on it they ended up getting sold or sent to an exchange.
I seem to remember reading about a company that traced bitcoins for a fee…
