What are the seed nodes for the testnet

I would like to test some changes and would like to use the testnet.
Therefore I need at least one IP address of a wallet open in the testnet.

I got it now, that the testnet ist not running permanently, as over time people start to get confused about ‘production coins’ and ‘testnet coins’ and people may start to deal with testnet coins not knowing that they are worth nothing.
Also a permanent testnet would eat resources and - at least some - hash power, that can be used better on the production net.
So my only remaining question is, how people can be informed, that the testnet is created for a given time frame.

The testnet, Its just whoom ever is invited or finds it running. I suppose how many and who is invited to the test net will depend on what change to the client to be tested.
