Reached Out to Phenix and Worldcoin

Good luck trying to make Hydroponica your best bud :P
Phoenix Coin has had a decent start and has come with a lot of services for promised. Can see it being a real threat. Interesting though that they also accept FTC in their Poker game. Seems to me that FTC already has some decent legitimacy.
-
As far as positioning, I see 2 main areas that really separate us:
- Community
- Ease of Use to Non-Techs
If we can center our marketing and services around those 2 elements, I see no reason we can’t pull away from the pack.
I say Feathercoin and Phenixcoin should totally team up… It’d be the first cryptocoin pairing in history, plus they go quite well together given their names.
Also find it funny how their PR guy has the same name as our own justabitoftime! xD

Agreed, you will catch more flies with sugar, then you ever will with vinegar.
Use beer! My pint attracts flies MUCH better than sugar.
I suppose also I could use a Turd instead, but Sugar sounds far nicer :D

PhenixCoin looks to be a private coin. Mined for use on their websites.
Hmmm.
I think we’ve a got a bigger space than that.
BUT, who better to need my dynamic difficulty patch than a private coin? This seems like a good point to share technologies.
I heard back from the Phenixcoin developer, seems like a nice guy and agrees that cooperation is good for the alt community.

Heard back from the Worldcoin developer:
"Yes we agree John, wish you all the best!
World Coin"
These other alt coins get it, now we just need to find ways that are mutually beneficial.
-
Communities +1
Okay. I’ll lay off WorldCoin - seems like a bandaid on a bigger issue. But if they’re reaching out, that’s worth my time. Tired of “who’s better?” failjazz. More into “what’s good?”
Well I’m glad everyone is getting the picture. This is what is going to separate us.

I forget if we have someone working on this yet or not… but since we’re in good terms, maybe one of you can contact iamatrix or JohnCar regarding this for some advice/help with it?

It seems like they’re about to go public with a transaction system for PXC already.
