Cryptocurrency "The Alt-ernative" Beginners reference book
-
I am writing a book aimed at cryptocurrency beginners. I will detail Bitcoin, Litecoin, Dogecoin, Feathercoin and 46 other coins. Prior pages will explain a lot about cryptocurrency and pages at the end will have statistics (static stats).

I’m very proud of the section I have written about Dogecoin
would anyone like to help fund this book so that I can see it in paperback very soon. I am confident it will be completed next month

I’ll give you some brief constructive criticism, please don’t take anything personally.
1, Your sample text is poorly written and has a number of errors and typos, you need more than a quick spell check.
2, You cannot say the all time high for Dogecoin was reached on the 12th of February, it may exceed that high at some point and your text immediately becomes obsolete.
There are other problems such as the following examples:
What is bitcointalk?
Who is Jack Palmer?
Your readers are supposed to be beginners and it’s not much of a reference book if they have to go elsewhere to find out who Jack Palmer is.
You should say who he is right at the start of the piece, further to that you mention little or nothing of the technical specifications, What is the block time? what hashing algorithm does it use? etc etc… it’s supposed to be a reference book, right.
3, If you want your book to have any chance you need to research further than a few facts that anyone can get from Wikipedia. I’m sure Dogecoin has a back story that is not common knowledge and facts that not many people know. Try contacting the Devs of each coin to see if you can interview them for your book. This leads me to the next point.
4, Any good reference book takes a painstaking amount of research and a huge commitment of time and work, aiming to have it finished by next month is a ludicrous underestimate of the work required. I am currently writing a dissertation on just a particular aspect of crypto currency it’s taken me months of work just to assemble the reference material.
I could go on but I’ll leave you the above to chew over, I genuinely wish you every success but from what I’ve read I think you are going to need help and I’d suggest you focus on learning how to research a topic properly and also get some help with your writing skills. There are lots of communities of aspiring writers on the internet that can help and guide you. Take the time to learn and do your book and yourself justice.

I appreciate your constructive criticism :)
Each coin has two pages, the below is the second for DOGE. The first page details all the relevant coin specifications and stats jack Palmer as the founder.
I explain earlier in the book what bitcointalk is.
I will check all my grammar and get someone I know, who is great with English, to proof read.
Thanks again :D
