Scrypt-based Merged Mining
-
Basically you mine a main, and other secondary coins that support it get mined at the same hashrate, potentially quintupling your hashing power.
The reality is there’s just way too many rejects to make it worthwhile (45%). And it’s going to need a way higher hashrate to do anything to those mains.
Oh, Reddit topic where I found it:
-
My Spanish is rubbisch, but I dont like the fact WeedzCoin is on that list and Feathercoin isn’t.
-
Their site is bilingual, just have to set it for English. Oh, except that registration page, it was in Spanish, couldn’t get it off of it.
Mostly the lack of inclusion of Feathercoin is from whippersnappers that have been in the crypto game for only as long as DOGE and don’t know about where in the road it falls. I’m sure it could be rectified with an email and a few days.
The kicker then becomes, though, if we really want to open that pandora’s box.
