                I can do translations to Danish. I can also do a decent translation to Swedish and can probably get a Swedish friend to correct what spelling errors I might make.

                I’m a bit late with this, but I’m a sound designer and composer as well, currently studying “Media and sonic communications”, so I could lend a hand in that direction also.

                I have some old school analogue synths and an 8-bit monophonic synth plus a really nice nineties digital 16-bit synth, so if someone wants to create something with kind of a geeky and vintagey feel, I could be your man. And of course I’m open for colaborations, Calem :)

                    I think a lot of effort should be put into getting more traders over from places like eBay & eBid to come and trade in the marketplace.

                    With Bittylicious adopting FTC in the near future it offers traders an easier path to exchanging funds back to fiat currency. Could be just the platform needed to help convert existing traders, who are not into crypto yet, into trading for them.

                    If adoption is the key to future success then this has to be the way to go.
                    I have traded on eBay for years so have a good understanding of how these businesses operate. I would love to be able to help by canvassing eBay businesses. Could really make a push at getting the marketplace buzzing with lots of new items for people to purchase!

                          You know, that got me to thinking…

                          Why is it when people ask where to buy Feathercoin, people say exchanges, eBay, and Bittylicious?

                          Why don’t they say the Feathercoin marketplace?

                            Until getting to know of a few people here, I was uneasy with buying ftc directly from people (plus I only just found out now by you that ftc is been sold on the marketplace here…).

                            I was also under the assumption that paypal wasn’t too keen on crypto currencies.

                            But yeah. I’m gonna be in a position to buy ftc next week. So I’m gonna hunt around and find someone.

                            Maybe there should be a stickied thread where there’s a list of trusted members here who sell ftc directly?

                            Once I’ve personaly bought ftc directly from someone here, I’ll point anyone who asks in their direction.

                              I was having similar thoughts as you. I noticed listings in the marketplace but was personally going to hold out for Bittylicious to start selling them or go the btc/ftc route.

                              However if any other newbies like me are reading this, and maybe considering purchasing via other members, check out this post by another helpful member:

                                Definitely… I see the question been asked every night… where/how do I buy ftc…

                                Have it side by side the market place. maybe have a thing where you need x amount of rep before you can start selling feathercoin to people (The risk is on the sellers side is it not?)

                                I’m not sure how escrow works, but that would fix a lot of trust issue’s too.

                                But yeah. A tab right next to marketplace where new users can easily find a trusted member to buy ftc directly. Let’s cut out the middle man. (Exchanges)

                                If people want to day trade, they can go elsewhere.

                                  All in one place. If a busy marketplace & exchange could be created here then it paves the way for external adoption by other merchants & exchanges etc.

                                      My mate who has heard of Bitcoin but was unsure/uneasy of the idea is an artist and takes commissions from people for like $5 / $10. He’s apart of a massive community that all do the same. Paypal is the standard form of payment for artist like himself. I pointed out ftc to him so he would set up a wallet and then I sent 7 ftc just so he could see how it worked. Also so he could then pass on some to another to do the same.

                                      The platform is perfect for artists who work on commission.
