The result will be Bitcoin flying way past.

I have some ideas. These involve things people want.

The hash algo discussion is worth the time though.

Changing the algo to protect against “peck mining” or changing to make it ASIC resistant?

I don’t have very much of a technical understanding of the algo, as it stands today or what (x) or (y) would give us if we changed to them, but I do think about the impact of what I see as a large change, and where feathercoin fits in with that.

I must admit I have been waiting for yourself, or Kevlar to come along and let us know your thoughts as to if this is the right thing to do. Would be very interested to hear your thoughts and any new ideas you have.

        And welcome back

The energy we put into getting out of the mess prepared for us is energy we don’t put into creating what we want. Once people understand they are losing money with multipools, there will be another scheme.

I propose we keep talking about ideas, but we also realize the multipools have a blind spot. Setting up a multipool is like adopting a polar bear. A bit of a hassle. We can take advantage of their resource and time investment.
