Can't compile Feathercoin on Ubuntu 14.04 GNU/Linux

I’ve had a problem compiling with Ubuntu 14.04. It caused the previously working 0.8.6.1 compiled version to fail.

The problem turned out to be due to a 14,04 upgrade regressing and uninstalling the dev package version for the databases.

re: sudo apt-get install libdb+±dev

I reinstalled the 5.1 and 5.3 of libdb+±dev and it all worked again.

There are pre-compiled clients available for Ubuntu 14.4.
