Let me introduce you FeathercoinMap

Nice work!
Anyone in Perth Western Australia want to start accepting ftc so I can spend some?
-
+1 and many many thanks for keeping up the work whilst I have been absent recently :)
I’ll try and speak with Bush over the coming week about how we move this forward

Wow voiningiappone, this is great work :)
-
Manual registration for accounts on openstreetmap right now, have to request the ability from the admins.
Will add ours as soon as I can though.
EDIT: They don’t like VPN registrations. Turned mine off temporarily.
Added. We’ll see if it updates.

UM, Ruthie, Thanks!
HopeStillFlies, I made the manual update but it didn’t pick up your shop. Did you add it correctly? can you point me to the place on the OSMap for debugging? In PM if you prefer…
-
Nice , Please set up an official pages using it, this page from the China access, instead of the Google map.

Top work :)

I must’ve screwed up the tagging. Here’s the GPS info that’ll take you to the pin:
-
lizhi, MrWyrm, xonar: thanks for the positive response!
Hope, following the link you posted it seems that there’s no spot on the ground around where it should be. I only see the burgers place (Wendy’s)… Did you save the map after adding the pin?
The first time I used the editor I felt a little bit disoriented so I think I should make an how-to. Will get on it as soon as I can.

Yeah, that’s like a thousand feet away. Our shop is in the mall across the street. I did click save but I’l jump back in there again.
-
Hope,
you’re on the map now. However the overpass API seems unable to find newly added points. Try this query and chek if it can find you. At the moment it doesn’t even if the point is correctly configured.
I’ve added another point in the main map to check (my house in Italy) and it doesn’t get pick up… well, I think it’s a problem on their API then.
-
Fixed the problem.
The error was due to the unresponsive rambler.ru server. I changed the server in the source and pushed the changes to github.
So, now we have 3 real places accepting FTC on the map!
Keep them coming!
-
Able to add a tag for end users, or would that just make too much clutter?
-
Flobdeth, of course you can add a tag for an end user but I don’t see the need for that. Is that something like “I would like to use my FTC”?? I think this map will only be needed in conjunction with the new POS system so, probably that’s not a needed addiction. Sorry ;D

good job here! +1

This project is now pinned.
