Bitcoin and other cryptos, what law system do they fall under? and you bother to engage authority without them having a “CONTRACT”?
He comes along, trying to regulate an entity which is **NOT **a corporate entity…HOW?
Do you all realise you are all under “Common Law” when it comes to operating with “Bitcoin” …So long as Satoshi is never found! It can NEVER be legally regulated. Most of you will possibly discount this, cause I’m an idiot. You wait, my coins are tucked away nicely under “common law” you can please yourselves if you want to sign a new taxation contract with your corporate MP’s (and yes they are registered businesses)
Me, I don’t have any contract with any Gvt regarding my operations, nor do I recognise them as having any authority over “dead hands”, Bitcoin is not a legal entity. I stand, the same as Bitcoin, under GOD alone and only God as my witness.
Now this is a major tool for us to fight back with against your “Corporate masters” Yes, I went and spent the last two days researching (even more) common law, it’s pretty cool. Used it on other basis before and walked away from harassment. In fact, all my debt collectors, I issue them with a pricing structure for my time should I wish to take them to court if they don’t stop “causing me distress” …why? Because I stand under common law (the same as Bitcoin) I have an illegal contract with the Gvt called a “birth certificate” as you all do. There is no legally binding contract with my birth certificate, nor will there ever be. I stand under common law, therefore I can only be forced illegally to do anything involving people of “STATUS”. Your Birth certificate requires YOU to “act” FOR IT!
Under common law, if my debt is sold to another company to collect, I have no contract to waste my time with them. Council tax is enforced illegally, it’s an “act” again, I have no contract. All it takes is some balls to become literally a “Freeman”/woman" :P
I could tell a little story in support of this regarding my kids and inheritance, but it’s not been thrown out of court yet, so I can’t say anything…yet
What this means for you, is that you are not liable for anything in “Crypto” unless you stupidly sign any kind of statement, creating a “contract” between you and your Gvt. These are all basic international Maxims I talk about, the law of Nature or Common law. It cannot stand in a corporate court without the “persona” or someone taking responsibility for your Birth certificate if you are doing no injury, damage or loss.
John Harris, dunno how many of you have watched his vids, but this one is pretty decent, worth the watch (this was the one that made me spend all weekend researching new information I didn’t even knew existed on top of the common law I already use. It could change your life, literally. It makes your Gvt a joke, truly, learn it, expect a lot of bullying from the Police, that’s all, record them at all engagements.
I expect anyone with any kind of assumed “status” to challenge this post, but you know what, I couldn’t care if you’re the queen yourself, you cannot enforce acts and statutes upon me no matter what rubbish you pretend you think you know about the “Law”
I stand under God, I do NOT understand your laws
So, to me, this is a hugely relevant issue that should be taken on board cryptography. It’s what I understood in the"Integrity" part in Bitcoin from day one!

This is your God given right, I have had a few “altercations” with the police over my stance, but stay calm (they won’t) they have no power of authority unless YOU give it to them by admitting you are the “legal persona” on your birth cert and incriminate yourself by signing anything.

Get yourself a copy of Blacks dictionary, take your Mortgage company to court over fractional reserve lending, they have NO collateral against your loan, it’s a null and void contract which they are in breach of (the current case I*'m fighting over my childrens “Ancestral home” (note the word HOME, legally they will try to make you sign a declaration that it’s a “Property” which then wavers ALL your rights, it’s a very careful balance you need to play (MUST = MAY under “law”) you do NOT need to consent to anything, including any court summons, so long as you admit nothing, nor sign any piece of paper they will try to twist the words on. As soon as you do that, yer screwed.

You are legally entitled to declare yourself a “sovereign of the land” which places you as the most powerful in a court of law, even above the judge, as there can be no court of your peers (legally)
I don’t want to persuade anyone or convince anyone. You all have free choice to engage within the system or not. I choose NOT and the law can’t stop me :))

You are God. I am God. Believe in yourself as the highest authority above them, and it’s true if you stick to the rules. As sovereigns, we are equal to the queen and legally as “freemen/women” and yes, you can try summons the Queen under these laws, for negligence to her duties. Any Police “officer” that enforces acts upon you without your consent, is guilty of treason … ;)
Oh, BTW, is England STILL a “Vassal” of the Pope? signed over to the pope by King John (yes, the time of Robin Hood King John)
Part of the reason why Independence is so dear to me. I do not accept being ruled by the Catholic corporation (and yes, they ARE all registered “companies”).

The problem with independence from the UK government is that a new government will be ( already has? ) been setup in its image. Independence is less about individual people and more about two governments arguing about who has the right to tax and govern.
I like the sound of that stephen spy bloke but it only goes so far. law is actually a very complex subject and the relevancy of some of the laws mentioned is dubious. Alot of the law relies upon previous precedent. And like it or not they really are in control unless you take your self out of the system entirely. which for most people is not an option.

Ah, but ANY act/bill is non enforceable without your consent if it was created or statutes added after they abolished the House of Lords being able to nullify any Bill they deemed “against the people” in 1999… I’m learning so much this week, like a pig in muck O:-)
Uk Gvt is officially a Corporation, it has no “lawful” right over you without you consenting to represent the “persona” of your birth certificate, the Crown owns your identity, not you… So, call me Tone of Scotland >:D (I need to work on the common law name?)

But they can identify you without a birth certificate. The laws apply regardless where you are from. Although I’m thinking criminal law. All they would need is DNA or fingerprint evidence.
I think I’m so deep into my identity now its too late. Photo passport, photo driving licence, bank accounts, credit score, birth certificate, voting register. Its going to be hard to deny all that.

Yes, your Doctor or other people of legal “status” is able to verify your identity for Passport. Driving licence, road tax (not sure about MOT yet), not liable under common law, though insurance would be common sense, harm or loss to another human being covers most incidents. This one I want to test, but I need to get rid of my licence first. They’re gonna stop a yellow Ducati once in this town and never forget it. There is only one here lol! I am legally allowed to “travel” I may not drive to work or to the shops. They have me if I use or accept their use of the word “drive”
Kris, we’re each free to consent or not, that’s your choice if you do. I been into this for a while, as I said, what attracted me to crypto, the freedom and integrity, it’s a “common law” system of sorts. I’ve always loved screwing with authority, I have spent my whole life as a fish trying to climb a tree full of monkeys. I can’t do it, I cannot live under the system you choose to adhere too. I have a bankruptcy currently underway to clear the last of what they could hold me on. Now, my biggest problem, how do I support myself and my son, this one will be hard, currently an unemployed bum (hence I have time to rant lol) I will lose all access to ANY benifits, which I would be happy to accept those terms should I “opt out” of the system
Read the bottom of the birth cert “A CERTIFICATE IS NOT EVIDENCE OF IDENTITY”
But yes, there are lot of other ways to prove who you are, without these documents.
Note how all names and addresses are in caps, you’re a “business” (though only on this century birth certs… /sigh
I’m not against punishment for wrong doing, but I am not a child, I am making the decision to take responsibility for my own actions upon this Earth. I wouldn’t dream of forcing anything on anyone, I just thought it, for me, in my life now, is very relevant, just thought I’d share a little of the information, in case anyone wants to learn more for themselves.
THEIR “laws” only apply if you admit liability to the “persona” unless you cause harm or loss, to which case, you deserve all you get tbh :P
